01 civic TDC Sensor. Please HElp!!I've a 01 Civic LX 4 DR 4 cylinder with 96000 miles, I took it in for Timing Belt change and Water Pump. After leaving the shop the engine had a vibration and when accelerating the check engine light came on and the car would just drive truly slow. I took it back to the shop and they said it had a Fault code TDC Sensor and it needed a new sensor. Would this code trip for the reason that the timing belt was not installed correctly or something to carry out amongst water pump?Any assist I'd greatly appreciate. So I am only wondering if the 18 inch rim will fit my 2001 civic. i am only afraid that the 18 inch may be kinda big and for the front it could not gain the ability to make a complete turn. All is repaired and it's as great as new. I've many miles on the car though. I've 150,000 miles and the dealer is telling me that I must replace my engine mounts and receive a new timing belt. Costs for those repairs is about $1200. Ought to I only sell the car or do you believe the car shall be as great as new after I fix these difficulties?Read more on this topic
