07 Civic Delimma?I'm a college student and hopefully shall be getting a mint condition car following year. Currently I've a '95 Maxima. I'm truly eyeing the new Civic (2 door). My max cost could barely accomodate the Si.The dilemma is, I'm not seeing the Si when I search inventories of dealers in my area. Is that car in high demand or do dealers need to purchase it?I like the regular Civic coupe, however I do not think that the 140hp engine is enough for my driving style (I'm not that aggressive, however I like power when I need it). I currently have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. It eats gas like it was going out of style, I maybe get 15 MPG HIGHWAY!!!! Anyway, my first 2 cars were hand-me-down Civics. My first was a 93 del sol, and the second was a 94 EX Coupe. I've since had a brand new VW Cabrio, a brand new Explorer Sport, and immediately the GP. If my memory serves me, the 2 used Civics were ten times superior than all the other cars. The single thing beside routine oil changes that I ever had to carry out was normal wear and tear stuff... batteries, tires, and brakes. The following 3 cars had to go in multiple times for warranty stuff, also including, little stuff for example lights/fuses.My lease is up on my GP and my salesman is attempting to steer me toward a Pontiac G6. I compared on Edmunds, and while the G6 looks (barely) better on "paper," I'm able to't assist however think that I'd better off going back to trusty old Honda.Does anybody have any advice they could provide me?While the Si trim is nice, I'm a dunce who cannot fully figure out guide transmission!Thank you Everybody! I got it in Atomic BlueRead more on this topic In my 2007 civic the compressor and aux. fan cycles on/off when I turn the blower on even......with ac off.? Is this normal? I locate this unusual and thought that it's a waste of gas. Turning the ac on did not make any difference. The dealer said they'll get back to me. I am nearly tempted to pop the ac relay off to shut it for the winter. I get annoyed by the sound of the aux. fan going on/off specially if i do not need the ac this season.Read more on this topic
