need a quick estimate?

2 things1) 93 civic hatch w/K20 swap + exhaust etc... what would the top end be for this due to the dominance to weight ratio being so high, and guess on 1/4 mile time??, it does handle similar to a champ 2) 3rd gen prelude (85-91 or2) w/ H22a swap + exhaust etc... how horribly does this thing handle, however what are the pluses other then the power??by exhaust etc.. meaning intake coil over... basically bolt ons... intake and exhaust had to be modified obviously

Could I Drag race if I install?

I've a 90 four door civic with 379,354 it leaks oil and transmission fluid . the seats are riped , it smoke oil ALOT the cv axles are poping the truck as many rust the muffler drags the ground however I was consider installing a load muffler a cold air intake installing boch paltinum four in in the engine a number of big fat wires a number of neon lights. I think after that it could run a high 9 second quarter mile

What should i focus on ?

I've a 1994 accord lx automatic. I am focusing on the looks of the car rather than performance seeing as it's not guide. What ought to I focus on to set my car apart from others. I do not wanna here anything about lambo doors, i think it's outdated ( i have seen mini-vans with them ). Cash isn't much of an issue so once you guys can produce a number of great advice i would appreciate it.
