2006 honda civic dx ?s?I'm looking at getting a 2006 or 2007 honda civic simply for the reason that they're affordable and look very good. However i checked the honda internet site and the dx is the base model and is 14k however what i dont know is that if it has a radio and air conditioning for the reason that no where in the standard items did it list any of that. I hear that it will not start sometimes, I wonder what you do in that situation?Read more on this topic Is the 2006 Honda Civic MP3 input being recalled?The 2006 Honda Civic has a direct input for an MP3 player, and when I plug my iPod directly in with a cable, it seems like the sound is just coming through my front left speaker strong and very weak through my other speakers. Plus it sounds pretty crappy. Whereas a regular CD sounds good and is equally distributed through all my speakers. I know the sound quality of an MP3 player is not as great as CD, however that does not explain how the sound is distributed through my speakers. It nearly does not make me desire to listen to music through my iPod. My buddy said he heard that Honda knows regarding the dilemma and is recalling the MP3 player input in the car to fix it. I could not locate anything on the internet that mentions the recall. Does someone else have this dilemma in their auto? Have you found a technique to resolve it?
