I'm having some problems with my 91 Honda Accord....see details...thank you!?

My Honda surges when my foot is off the pedal, my shifter is locked up and has to be manually unlocked everytime I turn the car on, my cruise control won't do the trick, and my back lights will not turn off unless I get under my dashboard and hold in a button....any advice prior to I take her into the shop? ...the battery too? I am searching for a TCM to replace the one I've. The car still runs, however it's in sports drive at all times. However I have replaced the battery recently, and a week later it died on me again. I am thinking it's unrelated, similar to a bad battery cable. Could the bad TCM be causing the battery to die?I am searching for a Transmission Control Module to replace the one I've. The car still runs, however it's in sports drive mode at all times. 1991 honda accord electrical & trans. problems?

sometimes when i turn key on it will not start, i put battery jumper box on then it starts, it may go days or weeks & start each time then it will not start, put jumper box on & starts, have had alternator checked & 2 new batteries,however even now have problem? also my sports/normal light flashes on dash, however my difficulty is when it's flashing green my car shifts fine however when light is steadey green it is certain to not shift into 4th gear & will not shift down past 2nd gear so i take off in 2nd & stay in 3rd?? any advise would be a large assist.

91 Accord EX-R help?

In my 1991 Honda Acord EX-R the air is constantly on. Immediately the heat is on (winter only ended) and I already need to adjust the hot and cold air form under the hood. However, the last little while (last little while being along time lol) I have noticed that the air is constantly blowing, even when turned to off. I close the vents, however you can even now feel it.Also, I have noticed a burning plastic smell coming from the engine. Sometimes it will be truly strong, and other times you are able to't smell it at all.Any assist would be awesome, thank you.ahahaha thank you 2006queen
