Motor upgrades for a 92-95 honda civic hatchback, what motors are good and cheap?

Personally im not gunna race for 1 or 2 years after having the car which is when i'll do a k20 motor swap. However for immediately i would like to either leave it stock and only add headers, intake, and an exhaust for a nice sound. If i leave it stock can i add a turbo kit and intercooler and all that and stillll get the sound from the blow off valve or ought to i only purchase a cheap blow off valve to add to the car for the sound of the bov and wait until a motor swap to obtain the turbo oooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrr swap a motor in either b16 or b18 and do headers intake turbo programme and exhaust and then wen i go to swap the motor can all those parts work on the new motor.

I also did put in a number of fuel injector cleaner in about a week ago. Any thoughts? Is this serious, or ought to I only get a prelude?
