Honda Civic Front End Conversion 93 to a 99?? How?

I'm curious. I've a 1993 Honda Civic Coupe, and i would like to do the front end conversion to make it look similar to a 1999 front end. I think it's a better looking front end by far. Is it hard? Any welding? Or only bolt on the fenders, bumper cover and what not. Please tell me what i should do and if you've any info or websites for me, tell me.

should i purchase a 1993 Civic EX Coupe as a first car?

Hi i am currently looking at a 1993 Civic EX coupe. It is at a dealership for $4,990 as their asking cost. This would be my first car if i purchased it. however i was wondering if the cost was worth it or ought to i attempt and bargain it down.It has 157,283 miles on it, a clean carfax history, and has passed all it is emissions inspections and never had trouble. It's automatic transmition with FWD, and a 4-Cyl. 1.6L VTEC Engine. It has P/S, power windows, Cruise control, power locks, a Cd player, a moon roof, alloy wheels, and A/C.I was only wondering if it was worth it for the cost. Seeing as it does have many miles and is nearly 15 years of age. And does anybody have any idea how much insurance would be for an 17 year of age driver on this type of auto?Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in Advance!
