1993 Honda Civic cracked frame ?

Does it make financial sense to repair the vehicle? I currently own a 1993 Honda Civic Coupe (170,000 miles). A week ago, I had the vehicle checked for noise. The Midas technician asked if this vehicle had been involved in a collision, and pointed to a cracked frame in the passenger rear side. I told him no collision or accident whatsoever. The just possibility I'm able to think of are pot holes, rust (due road salt in Michigan) and road constructions. The technician recommended having the vehicle serviced by Honda. Is it worth the investment to shell out for repairs ? Is a cracked frame repairable ? Is this a safety concern ?This is my first vehicle and have been very happy especially amongst mileage.Thank you.

Swapping Headers on a '93 Civic?

I have asked 2 other questions immediately, however I am attempting to arrive at a final decision. The guy I know not just has a cold air intake (which I have decided against, for immediately, on my stock engine) however he has a 4-into-2-into-1 header that he says would bolt right onto my '93. He says it would not need any added work or parts, that the engine could handle it alright and it would add 10-15 horses. Given this info, and knowing that I could get it for cheap, would you say yes or no? If you could do with any more info tell me and I will update. He is an incredibly trustworthy guy and buddy and says he'd also place it in for me.

Should I trade my 1993 honda civic for a 1998 chevrolet camaro z28?

My honda has a 1996 acura integra gsr engine swap in it. And the z28 has custom headers and better pulleys on it. So im trying to solve if i ought to trade or not. I like imports however so a lot of the community are building them immediately-a-days and you only cant mess with american muscle. So would i be losing anything if i do trade. The engine on my honda has 400 miles on it and the camaro has 130,000. However i aim to upgrading the entire internals of the camaro's engine.ok allow me place it like this dont mention gas for the reason that my honda just gets like 15 miles a gallon for the reason that i've 12.5:1 compression pistons in it. Not a thing however raw motor.
