98 accord Main Relay problems?

I have already recalled it, and had it replaced. the car does not turn off once it is going, it only rarely starts in hot weather.

I have a 98 Honda Accord and lately its been driving differently. I mean when I step on

the gas sometimes it? sorta stalls, like it goes to 3 on that meter thingy and then it drops back down to 2 and then it is normal again. Another problem Im havin is when I go to begin my engine sometimes, 3 times actually, it did not even start? it does not make a noise or anything. However several mins. or later on the day it will start. What could be wrong with my auto? Is it major? And the way much would it cost for me to fix it?as you are able to tell i know not a thing about cars

98 accord 4-cyl coupe misfires while accelerating, changed the plugs and wires, what else

could it be? While accelerating, my car shall be unresponsive(gas pedal). I could be flooring it for a second or so, then it is certain to misfire. Once I stop and begin again, it's usually better however even then it hesitates horribly and has no acceleration power. I'm thinking it could be the distributor cap and rotor, however I do not know.
