Odd sqeak?? '98 Civic?

In my 1998 Civic DX Hatchback, I've noticed a sqeak in one of my left tires. It happens when I'm coasting or accelerating, however stops for ~15 seconds after I tap or press the brake pedal. What I'm wondering is, is this my front disc brake rubbing, or my back bearing? I've already replaced my right bearing for the reason that of the noise that it was creating, I do not hear that same noise as the other bearing, only the intermitent sqeak from my driver's side. So the question is, what is this, and what do I need to replace. I hope somebody knows what I'm talking about, thanks.I will change the bearing, I only got this car about 6 months ago, my first auto, and I was wondering how long does a bearing usually last in mostly dry conditions all year?

98 Honda Civic EX ++Electrical Problem??++?

I bought this Honda civic about a few weeks ago and it has been not a thing however trouble. When I originally bought it I learnt that the speedometer and a couple things didn’t work however ill put that in another post. My main concern was that when I first turn the car on each time all the lights are a little dim however the cars still seems to drive pretty normal. The single thing I notice is that when I end the revs fluctuate from 1000 to 2000. I recently did a complete tune up and replace the battery and the alternator so I don’t think that that's the issue. I learnt that the lights stay dim until I hit about 5000 rpms, and they'll stay dim until I hit the appropriate rpm, then the car will idle fine and the lights shall be fine after that and they'll stay fine for the remainder of the trip until I turn the car off for about an hour or so. If anybody could assist I'd appreciate it. BTW I also notices that the kid prior to me can have had a couple add-ons on the car similar to a V-Tec controll
