why did my 1990 civic fail e-test?40KM/h outcomes HC ppm L-75 R-13 =pass CO% L-0.42 R- 0.00 =pass NO ppm L-864 R-848 =pass RPM=2927 valid dilution 14.50 validCURB IDLE outcomes HC ppm L-200 R-241 Fail CO% L- 1 R-1.99 Fail RPM 812 vaild dilution 12.23 validChanged oil , plugs , cap,rotor, airfilter. filled it up run cleaner threw it . Then i run it for a handful of days let go to empty filled up again . run a number of more then took it in to gain tested made sure it was up to temp prior to i took it in.Read more on this topic H22a1 into EF (1990) civic sedan 5 speed?the question is, can this swap be completed for around no different cost as a b18c swap? ive been attempting to learn as much as i'm able to prior to committing to buying anything, and as it's im still (barely) pushing the stock 1.5 . so, that being stated, what would i need in all to finish this swap? any hangups that i'd encounter? what about street legality? i heard that you cant swap in an engine thats newer or older than your own auto... unclear on that one. and PLEASE, if you dont know, DONT ANSWERi have an account on honda tech, however attempting to locate info on the forums is like pulling teeth, ill look though.Read more on this topic 99 Civic Coupe Passenger seat not slide and go up at the same time anymore.?i've a 99 civic coupe and the passenger seat isn't sliding forward or backwards at an identical time amongst seats going up. it stopped sliding couple months ago and it's annoying me for the reason that of individuals that needs to gain to the back seats. I needed to pull the lever to create the seat go up and then pull the lever to have the seats slide. the lever to slide would not bring the seat up at an identical time. Prior to when i pull the sliding lever it would also bring the peak of the seat up. I was wondering why it doesn't do it anymore. anybody have an idea of what is wrong and the way i'm able to fix it. thanksRead more on this topic
