How to protect front bumper bodykit??hi, i've a quick question, i've a 95 prelude and i desire to learn what's the correct name for the type of protector used to protect front bumpers. They're seen on alot of race cars, it looks similar to a metal sheet that goes underneath the vehicle, it sticks out a lil bit and then u can see 2 cables going from it to the bumper..any idea?? i desire to learn for the reason that my bumper is getting thorn apart, it is fiberglass bodykit..thank uRead more on this topic Buying a prepainted bumper on ebay vs. body shop?I ripped a nice sized chunk in my front bumper a year ago driving on a number of frozen snow. I know for a fact that getting this part swaped with an aftermarket peice painted at a body shop shall be around $1000 (I have already had it done prior to for an accident). So anyways I've an 05 Accord Coupe and only messing around I saw a body shop on ebay that sells painted OEM-matched front bumpers for around $300. I'm able to damn near bet I'm able to put this thing on myself with no trouble (i researched,it is 15 minutes tops).
