Integra Type-R Rear Bumper Q! Experts gather!?

O.K. I was cruising in my Civic with the remainder of the tuner scene, when out of the corner of my eye I saw the headlights of a JDM spec DC2 Integra Type-R (clone). It was left hand drive, so I know it was not a true JDM ITR. However it had the JDM front end conversion, correct wheels, spoiler, etc.etc. However as I slowed down to gain next to it, I noticed something different regarding the rear end lights. Along amongst standard tail lights, the rear bumper had a single OFFSET rectangle shaped red running light under the left taillight. There was not another lens on the right side of the bumper, or not even a spot for a lens. Immediately, I understand that a number of JDM spec cars have a white back-up lens sometimes in the bumper and a red lens on the other side, like the R34 Skyline for instance. However this ITR had only a single red offset lens. Can anybody tell me if he had only not completed putting a second light in, or if it is a unique JDM ITR trait that he replica'd? For the reason that if it's JDM, I desire in on it.Excellent Feedback guys! Thanks very much. Immediately, one more question...I am intrigued in having this on my auto...was it accessible on an EG JDM civic? Could i locate an OEM JDM or EDM rear bumper with this option, or would I need to improvise to place one in?

How much time/cost involved in bumper repair?

I've a Honda Pilot, which has the flimsiest, the majority of fragile bumper ever; I backed into our neighbor's alley retaining wall at a pretty low speed, yet one corner of my bumper is caved in. I only should get it "sucked out." (for lack of an improved term) is this something a reputable car body shop can do effortlessly/quickly if I only show up and pay cash? How much cash?
