CIVIC LX vs EX?I have researched the distinction from the Civic LX and the Civic EX and the just different between the 2 that I have uncovered is that the EX has a sunroof, 6-CD Changer, and Rear Disk Brakes - whereas the LX doesn't offer these commodities. However, is there anything essentially different regarding the 2 cars? (I don't understand too much about engines, so I need assist) Is there a difference between the engines? fuel consumption? anything different that would affect the car performance?Thanks very much in advance.Cheers.Read more on this topic My Civic has a problem with idling when the AC is turned on. Need your help.?Hi! I've a stock 1993 Honda Civic EG hatch which I bought from Honda Philippines with PH12 (1200cc) engine. After utilizing it for extra than half an hour amongst AC the idling dropped to nearly zero. It stalls. I need to restart it. My AC is also stock SANDEN. However when I turn off the AC all is fine. What is wrong? Is it the engine or the AC? I've this regularly tuned-up each 5,000 kms. Thanks in advance. Back then I'd a job and too much time on my hands and I did many stupid stuff to my Civic that I sort of regret immediately. Anyways here is what I did to it:$900 - Retrofitted single-xenon projectors off of Acura TSX with stock Philips 4100k d2s bulbs into my headlights. (So they would look like stock xenon headlights rather than a glaring/blinding drop-in kit) -- I in fact did this a year ago and promised myself it would be the last thing I would ever do$500 - Cheap 5 split-spoke 15" Rims$250 - Lowering Springs w/ approx. 1.5" drop$200 - 35% Tints all over$15 - Air vent and center console trim pieces spray painted the color of the car w/ clear coat$0 - Shaved Emblems except for the "H"I know many other individuals do way more than I do. However, if you saw my auto, would you think I'm a number of stupid kid wasting all his cash or what??Read more on this topic
