I've great vision, I keep the car and the lenses clean, I have even tried replacing the bulbs and re-aiming them. I went to 2 seperate dealerships and they said everything was fine. I had the belief that I was going crazy until a lot of my buddys and close relations noticed it too while they were in my auto. I need to constanly drive around my with my high beams on, pissing off everybody in the opposing lane. I am at the point of considering buying aftermarket high intensity bulbs which I am constantly told are illegal in my area.So to save my sanity, do any other civic owners have this dilemma?Read more on this topic
