Engine swap or tweak for 1990 Civic?I jst bought my first auto, a 1990 Honda Civic. It needs a number of work however is in excellent condition. Any techniques on what engine swap would provide me the greatest value? Or any parts which would make my engine perform better? Keeping in mind I dont desire to blow my budget - the car is 17yrs old!! Cheers
