2001 Honda Civic LX idle vibration?I recently bought an '01 Civic LX with 63k miles. Runs well for a little auto, however I began noticing a weird vibration in the car when at idle. It sometimes does rythmic tiny revs in the engine. I'm able to't truly see them on the tachometer however I'm able to hear it. Also I'm able to feel it most in the brake pedal at red lights. The body of the car (seats, doors, etc) all seem to vibrate. Any ideas if presented before you is an adjustment in the idle or maybe an engine mount that needs changing? Also can anybody who drives an 01 civic tell me if their suspension is truly stiff? it is a bumpy ride compared to other cars I have had an was wondering if that was normal or if they must be lubed up.Thank you!Read more on this topic most the time my 93 civic hatch si idles to low.?my 93 civic hatch si idles to low the majority of the time, unless it is not that long after i start it when it is been sitting. when it is warmed up it is certain to idle to nearly 0 and sound like it is going to bogg out, and sometimes not. and whenever im coming up to a stop or slowing down quick then the idle goes hella hella low, assist me out?Read more on this topic 1996 Honda Civic DX. Temp. gauge starts going up when I idle/stop & goes down when I go up to......a great speed.? I had the radiator, temp.sensor and hoseclamp replaced about 6 months back and had an oil change 1 month back. Wonder what is causing the dilemma since the temp. goes up(sometimes even close to the maximum) whenever I stop at a red light or am parked however goes down quickly whenever I'm driving at a great speed. Any way to self-diagnose the cause? Thank you! Update:Here are the symptoms observed:I began from a cold start and let it idle (revved it several times in the middle) for 30 mins.-Temp gauge climbed up after a while to 1/3(which is the normal studying) and stayed there. Revving engine didnt change temp gauge. -No white smoke was observed from exhaust and no steam coming from radiator. -Several water droplets were observed at exhaust.-Very slowly temp.gauge went up to 1/2 and stayed there.-Both Fans were not turning.-Turned AC on full blast, AC was giving cold air as usual however none of the fans turned on.And I kept hearing 'press-clunk' noise after each 5 minutes. Temp gauge did not change.- Changed temp. slider to maximum to turn heater on full blast. Heater worked fine and gave hot air as usual and temperature gauge came down a bit. -When heater on, the radiator fan began up and continued running till heater switched off. AC fan still not running however no clicking sound immediately. When heater turned off fan stopped after a while.
