where can i find used civic tires and rims? Our 1994 Honda Civic got stolen and the tires and rims got jacked also including the intake and stereo. Our main concern is the vehicle being operational. We've close to no cash. Me and my girl had to cash advance only to gain her car out of the impound. We're getting it out of the impound Tuesday afternoon however we either A. need to have somewhere to store it (private property or a buddy who doesnt mind having an car with no whels in the yard) or B. get rims and tires so we can park it in our garage. We reside in an apartment so it cannot sit on the street more than 72 hours unless we move it atleast 6 feet. We basically need to search for a place locally or somebody local who can hook up a collection of rims and tires for true cheap. We reside in Palm Springs, California and if there's anybody who can assist us out it would be soooo appreciated. We're literally F****D if we cannot get this resoved or locate a solution by Tuesday and were fresh out of ideas. Any input is greatly appreciated.ThanksRead more on this topic 2007 Honda Civic Rims question?Hi all,I only bought a 2007 Honda Civic LX. I would like to gain a number of new rims for my auto, and I truly like the 17" Si rims ( http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/ima...vic_si_ext.gif ).Will these rims fit onto my car with no suspension/fitting adjustments? I do not desire to alter my auto's handling or driving experience at all. Immediately, I've 16" stock wheels. Amongst 17" Si rims, I'd get a lower profile tire (215/45R 17 87V). I assume this would result in a wheel that is basically no different size as what is on my car immediately, and following that same train of thought, the ride would not be noticeably different. If anybody can confirm that these Si rims could fit onto my LX, I would appreciate it.Read more on this topic 14" rims on 2002 Honda Civic EX?I recently bought a used 2002 Honda Civic EX, and only found out that I've 14" wheels on it, where the manufacturer calls for 15" (it is written on the inside of the front door). I would like to learn if having smaller rims than what the car is built for is dangerous or can cause damage, or is it common pracitice to have 14" rims on an car that call for 15" (the car dealer said that it's common to have smaller rims, which I locate difficult to accept as true).thank you for any assist,YRead more on this topic
