My 91 Civic DX wont start...sometimes.?The battery is new. Whenever I jump it with another car (jumper cables) it turns on. Then after a while it begins to deteriorate again and it sounds like it wants to turn on, all the lights turn on and you will be able to hear the car trying to begin however it doesnt actually start.
