Cold Air Intakes?

I was looking at a number of cold air intakes for my 03 accord 4cl and came across one that is accompanied with a stainless steel air filter. I do not know if I'm able to rely on it. Has anybody worked with a stainless filter to provide me a number of feedback? The intake for my car is still above the battery and behind the splash guard.

Need to install Cold Air intake and exhaust on my 2002 Honda CRV? Any ideas.?
