My honda accord engine light keep come on?i mean like last time i check the engine light is on and the previous time i check is the cable connected to the battery is looss so i tighten it and then....about 1 or 2 week...the battery is still tight is i take it out and i reset the battery connector againt ...and is immediately turn off...and is will soon turn on againt ....is piss me off....i hate that damn check engine light......so tell me wat sup....AND I DID TAKE TO AUTOZONE AND THEY DID PLUG IN THE TEST THINGY AND IS SAID "PASS NO CODE SHOW" AND MY GAS CAP IS VERY TIGHT.....well it's the battery cable,,connector....cuz is doesnt show any more check engine light no more for pass 5 day nowRead more on this topic 96 Accord Check Engine Light - Do it yourself Code reading?How do you read the codes on a 96' Honda Accord. I once would understand how. Something to carry out with jumpering a number of terminals at the ecu and counting the flashes of the light. I only need the specifics on where to locate and jumper the ECU. This isn't my car so i am not positive where the ECU is located on this vehicle. Also if anybody can point me to the fault code table that would be good also. Not a thing seems different or wrong with my auto, however it's stayed on for over a week immediately, and I have never seen it on prior to. I took the car into a shop to have them check the dilemma, however they could not locate the plug on my model. The guy spent a great while looking prior to getting another guy, who seemed to know what he was doing well enough, and he hunted up and down for it, even looked through the car guide and all the things. He said he is never seen an car that did not have the plug in the places they checked. Is there something exceptional about my car that it's hidden elsewhere?
