I replaced the fuel filter while troubleshooting, however it still has the dilemma.Any thoughts? 10 points to the greatest theroy. I do not know if this matter, however I got a number of wierd condensation on my rear view mirror one day and the car kinda fogged up last night. 1998 Honda Civic Gas/Engine Problem?

I was driving my 98 Civic today. I drove it about 50 miles to pick up a buddy and on the ride home I went to provide it a lil gas and it slowly began to slow down...as if the engine wasnt getting any gas. So I tried to provide it gas..and it wouldnt go. I finished up pulling over. It acted as though I ran out of gas. However had only had it filled up (and had the oil changed about a few weeks ago). It would turn over however not start. I needed to get it towed home. What is wrong. Honda's are suppose to be great cars.

Does anyone else have the problem with a loud clattering engine in a 2003 4-cly Honda Accord?

It's been like that since we bought it. The shop says theres not a thing wrong, however gees, it sounds similar to a old pick-up. By the way, it was bought 2 years ago with 29,000 miles on it. Immediately has 68,000. Everything else is good with it.I was told by 3 different dealership shops NOT to place premium gas in it, it was designed for regular fuel. That is what I thought to carry out when I first bought it, use premium, however the premium gas actually prepared it worse.
