Fuel Problem...experts opinions welcomed!?

1998 Honda Civic168,000 MilesA RECORD OF OCCURRENCES: * Approx. 6/6 (7:30am)- drove to work - (10 miles), prepared it into the parking lot, and it turned off as I was rolling into the spot. Let it sit for two hours and it began back up. * Approx. 6/15...(12:00pm) drove several miles down the road...auto began to buck a little however then went back to normal. * Approx. 6/21 (7:30am) - Drove about 500 feet out of the apartment complex and it stalled. Again, let it sit for 10-15 minutes and it began back up...drove to work * 7/8 - (8:30am) - Drove about a mile down the road....was going about 40 MPH....RPM's dropped to 0 and then it kicked back to normal...did not happen again that day * 7/9 - (7:30am) - Drove car about a mile down the road...RPM's dropped to 0 and engine turned off...Coasted to the side of the road. Let it sit for 15 minutes and it began back up again. REPAIRS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE RECENTLY: * Distributor replaced back in March 07'* Distributor Cap replaced a fortnight ago * Ignition replaced a fortnight ago (they had a recall on this several years ago) * New spark plugs and wires a fortnight ago I had advance car parts check the codes and no alerts came up. The check engine light has not come on. They also checked the battery and alternator and they said that everything checked out. Every one of the work performed on the vehicle have not fixed the difficulties...as far as I know. PLEASE ASSIST!!!

5th gen Prelude Fuel Management question?

I've a 5th gen Prelude that's running very, very rich. I am getting terrible gas milage fouling spark plugs on startup and dumping black smoke out the tailpipe...I replaced the O2 sensors about 10k miles ago and they're very expesive so i am hoping that is not the dilemma. Could a faulty fuel pressure regular be at blame, injectors....Honda told me something about a Cam Position Sensor...I didnt desire to only start throwing parts at it, anybody got ideas? Thanks

do i need a fuel management system for my b16 engine?

i've a honda ek sedan with a b16 engine. mods are: type are head, integre type r cams, type r pistons, and i/h/e. question is, do i need a fuel management programme? or can i only leave it alone?absolutely i know CTR cams are better however the ITR cams came amongst auto. I already have adjustable cam gears however i forgot to mention them..correction by the way, TYPE R HEAD
