What Honda Model over 5 years old would you sugest for me?I have thought of an older honda civic maybe an accord. I desire automatic. And i do desire a roomy one so that i'm able to transport snowboarding equipment bikes etc. I am an outdoors person. And Please don't tell me to ge ta SUV. Thats most likely not going to be practical for a first time auto. I'm not willling to pay more than 6,000 for an auto. I CAN'T purchase a newer honda. Anything prior to 1998 is what i am looking at. Does that make it of bettervalue than a Toyota? I know of somebody whose had both a Honda and a Toyota. She did not have any complaints about either. I am contemplating buying a mint condition car (Honda or Toyota). Which would be more worth the cash? I bought a CRV on Friday. The dealer wants about $1400 to $1600 for an extended warranty, depending on the amount of years and mileage I desire. (I understand that Hondas truly hold up, and Consumer Report says te extended warranties aren't worthwhile, however we keep our cars forever, so I think it makes sense for us.)However, an Web search shows a number of other dealers with *much* lower prices on the extended warranty, one outside of Cleveland, and one in Florida. We reside in Maryland. Can I purchase one of these on line and use it where we live?I'm just intrigued in a warranty that would be offered by Honda itself.Read more on this topic
