Honda enthusiasts, what's the best Honda motor?I was only curious to see what individuals thought about this question. Out of all the motors that Honda has made, what, in your own opinion, is the greatest one? Personally, I like the F22C1 from the S2000, it revs to 8,2000 RPM's and becuase of that it achieves the highest specific power per unit volume of any mass-produced naturally-aspirated automobile piston engineBut I also really like the H22, the B series motors, the K24, and especially the one that's in my current car the J30A4 pushing out 240/212 for power and was listed on Ward's 10 greatest engines in 03 and 04.What is your opinion and why?Honda haters I welcome you answers as well, however instead of only saying Honda sucks, at least list an engine that beats it. thank youRead more on this topic Any new hondas?..what you think about my ideas?..?First I sought to ask if there is going to be any new remakes of any old models. While maintaining to weigh under 1800lbs.Since Americans can build something like the Z06, why dont the Japanese build something only as power with a 4 cylinder while keeping the weight and sizing down dramatically? I know Japanese is all for fuel effeciency, however I mean come on..I am absolutely certain they can pull it off..so why not only pull through with an idea like that? I would like to pull a 4 cylinder Japanese car off the lot brand new that only came out and test drive it around with no having to carry out a swap or tuning it to run 11s or so for the quarter.I would like to own a 4cylinder Japanese car that's all motor 'straight from the lot' that came out the business ment to run 11s or 10s with a N/A engine and yet get 30mpg or better. Immediately that would be crazy! Japanese are smart! they ought to gain the ability to produce something like my crazy impossible ideas.Yea I already know what you are saying Curve. However You are able to always upgrade the engine if it comes strong N/A. Yea building cars are fun, however it would be even funner to develop something that's aleady fast. I like 4cyls for the reason that of how strong you are able to push them to beat other cars and you do not need to worry about a downside of things (weight). More fuel effecient also. Saves gas. However I'd like to become the first owner of a BRAND NEW car that's already fast..and I am talking 4cyl that's. Not 6,8,10, or 12. Only my opinion though."Oh, they already do though. I took it in on 10/5 and my brakes was super bad so i needed to pay 700 for that immediately a few weeks later it is creating no different sounds.
