Is $4500 a good deal on a 1998 Honda Accord?The vehicle has 150,000 miles on it. It's a V6 coupe, black, with leather interior, power seats, rear defrost, CD player, pretty much fully loaded minus a sunroof. Is this a great deal or ought to i keep shopping around? I know the car has to obtain the water pump and belt changed each 100000k mark, and i do not know if this one has. Thank you.Read more on this topic 05 Honda Accord $12,700 total - Good?Hi everybody. Please assist. My buddy (an older woman, 60 y/o) is turning her lease in today. It has 24,000 miles MAX. It's in great shape as she has taken great care of it and doesn't drive too much except across the community. What do you guys think of this cost? $12,700 includes taxes, plate, dest - everything. Is this a good buy?Im going to purchase a salvaged accord for only 1500$. It runs similar to a dream however the transmission slips. Honda will replace it for 2300$ with a 3/36,000 warranty. Could it be anything other than a worn out transmission? Could it possibly be fixed with a trans. flush or replacement of a module? I would prefer to hear a number of advice prior to I drop 2300$ into it. It has 80,000 original miles, cranks and runs fine. 1-5 gear is smooth until it warms up. After that it slips when changing gears however runs similar to a dream after going into 5th gear on the highway. It is @ a Honda Dealer on there cheapo row together with 2 older Sables(same cost as honda),a 95 Lumina $1800,a 94 tempo $1800,and a 93 saturn $1750. I am searching for a winter beater auto. I desire a cheap one however not too cheap as to where It is gonna burn me later.It is got a number of body damage, not bad by any way and a number of rust.Read more on this topic
