my honda accord'97 refuses to start due to lack of power supply to the engine.Do i

change the brainbox? The dilemma is, it refuses to begin in the mornings and after 2 atempts and it began and worked thru out,it has not began at all on the 3rd morning.I changed alternator belt the 1st time and it began however i guess the issue as comfirmed by my mechanic and electrician is that power isn't being supplied to the engine.Water dripped under my left dashboard and a number of it got into the brainbox.Again somebody suggested the security device i installed in my car was responsible however after disabling it, the dilemma is still there.

1989 Honda Accord Doesnt Start Sometimes???

Has a brand new battery, sometimes the car starts, and other times it is as if the battery is dead. When i turn the egnition all the dash lights come on however not enough power to begin the auto. As quickly as i jump start it with a number of jumper cables it starts right up. Does anybody know what may be my problem? All is turned off in the auto, i dont know why at times it starts and sometimes it doesnt. Any assist would be greatly appreciated...
