1993 Honda accord won't start?i've a 1993 honda accord. When i trun the key the instrument panel lights starts however the remainder of the car is dead. The just way i'm able to start the car is by hitting the starter with a wire comeing from positve of the batterie. The starter was changed few weeks ago however i even now have the dilemma. My 1988 Honda Accord just shut off & won't start back up!!!!!!!!!!!?This morning, my car did not start and I noticed I left the lights on. I jumped the car and all the things was cool. I drove it around, turned it off and it began right up with no a jump. So I thought everything was OK, however about an hour ago, I began it up, and took off--1 minute later I created a U-turn and it only shut off. I tried to begin it, however you are able to hear it turn only fine however no start. I pushed it to a parking lot. Sometimes my car will not start for about 2 minutes. It is certain to turn over however will not start and it cranks. Sometimes it even dies when i get it going. The thing is, is that it doen't do it at all times. It may not happen for a few weeks however then it is certain to happen 3-4 times one day. I took it to a honda shop however they say they cannot fing anything wrong with it. Does anybody know what could be the difficulty with my auto? Thank you!Read more on this topic my 1990 Honda Accord ex won't start..................?I replaced the the entire distributer cap assembly,the fuel filter, checked the pc, even replaced it with a pc that came off a working auto(same year and model), I even now cannot get it to begin,seems like it turns,and turns, the timing belt was changed,and it does not free spin as if it's gone, I'm able to think of another thing.................Read more on this topic please help. 1990 honda accord won't start. relaced thermostat and now it won't start. ?I've a 1990 honda accord, the thermostat was bad and my boyfriend replaced it. after he finished, the car kept dying and restarted after switching it off. immediately, the car will not restart at all. i suspect he knocked something about while he was replacing the thermostat. could somebody please tell me what could well be the trouble? it was fine prior to that and I had the distributor and rotor replaced only 2 months ago.Read more on this topic
