Whats the best way to upgrade the HP on a Honda Civic DX?Yesterday I bought a 98' Honda Civic DX. Can anybody tell me the greatest and the majority of efficient uncostly way to upgrade my engine? Not replace the engine, however make the engine it has faster? Any input would be gladly appriciated.For the record, I am a skilled Honda owner, and I did not spend many cash on this auto. It was 3700. I got it mainly for gas miliage (32 mpg city; 37 mpg highway; DAMN!) and reliability. Anybody who answers this question for me I would rather it be a Honda enthusiest. Only thought I"d share some additional info.
Read more on this topic I test drove a used (2004 i think) Honda civic Si hatchback(manual)...?I drive a jeep wrangler(guide) and the first thing i noticed was that the clutch was way different and easyer to engage the transmissionI(in the civic).can somebody explain this to me. What's the diff. How does it work. I think he is going to pre-purchase it so I am not too sure when it'll be coming out. I reside in the UK, however my cousin lives in South Africa and he is going to be buying the car there.
