lincoln town car vs Honda Prelude?

I raced my buddy within 24 hours and he beat be twice in his lincoln town auto. I was driving a 1997 Honda Prelude VTEC. Im only wondering who ought to win in this situation. I began to feel like my car was F-ED up cause it couldnt beat a lincoln. I went home and did a number of research, the lincoln has a damn V-8 and is rear wheel drive.Id say the race was about 1/8 mile and i just got up to about 55 every time. He beat me by 1/2 an car length and then by 1 car length. My lude just has an AEM cold air intake and his town car is bone stock. Is this normal for a prelude to lose to lincoln like this?raced again and won. i lost cause i had my fat ass friend in the car the first time
