Honda S2000 quality?So, I truly desire a honda s2000, love those cars. I'm thinking of getting one that's 3-4 yrs old and it would be about 17-20k for that. And then I look at a new on and it's 38k!!! so, my question is, will it be ok to gain one used? And is honda very good on reliability? I'm currently driving a 95 ford contour with 166k miles on it, and I need an car that'll last at least that long and hopfully longer.Read more on this topic Honda S2000 roof operation?The Honda S2000 guide says don't operate the roof amongst engine running. Why is this? Is it purely safety or is there a technical reason?Only to add, the roof doesn't operate unless the handbreak is on therefore it cannot be operated while the car is moving.Thank you for your contributions however I'll attempt once more. Don't forget that the roof will not operate amongst hand brake on. It's therfore unlikely to operate the roof whilst the car is moving. I really adore the smooth ride and the German engineering of the BMW. The convertible was awesome!I drove the Honda today, and I loved it, which surprised me.
