Civic experts- How much horsepower?

I am looking at a 95 Civic, I think it has the B16?Anyhow, it has a hybrid T3/T4 turbo, header, JE pistons, Eagle rods, ported/polished heads, and a Hondata ECU.About how much horsepower will it make at the wheels?I am not building it. I am thinking about buying it. And I am nearly positive it's the SOHC.

How much horsepower do you think i have stock?

Ok i've a 1993 hatchback with a 1997 gsr swap. Ok however heres the deal, I've a ls block so im running ls v-tech which is quicker than a gsr and type-r block (v-tech) or so ive heard. Like i said i've a ls block with a gsr head. The block is rebuilt with high compression weisco pistons. Im running 12.5:1 compression. I've a cold air intake and aftermarket aluminum radiater installed immediately and I also have a skunk2 intake manifold. Can anybody tell me how much horsepower I've if they no or even have a guess. That car is truly fast, and i aim to getting it dynoed once i get all my parts in. However id truly appreciate it if somebody can provide me an opinion. Thank you.ok i need to have more than 200hp cause i spanked a eclipse gst by 5 maybe more car lengths and i wasnt even giving it all it had. And the engine isnt even getting the right fuel it needs so im not getting all the power i've.
