My old 89 Civic engine won't re-start in hot weather.?The aged Civic with 121,000 generally runs well, except on hot summer days. When engine is cold it always starts and runs great, after driving it a while and I shut it off to run a fast errant into a store, it is certain to not restart and only cranks with no firing. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes of rest and when I then turn the key on, it starts and runs only fine.I guessing it has to be a number of sort of sensor, however which one?Thank you, RalphRead more on this topic Honda Civic 96 Not Start in Hot Days?Hello.
