Why did my idle speed control increase?i've a 98 honda civic lx recently my check engine light went on i checked the codes and it said something wrong amongst o2 sensor. I recently changed the spark plugs, oil and oil filter tho every one of the sudden the car went from a regular 500rpm to 1.5rpms wut can be the cause that prepared it go up so high?Read more on this topic Weird Idle/TPS Issue with my Honda Accord EX 2003?Weird Idle/TPS Issue with my Honda Accord EX 2003?Hi, im having this issue with my honda accord ex 2003, for a number of reason the car lighed the engine light on the dashboard, when we checked amongst console to study the car pc it was saying TPS Pedal Position Low, so i replaced TPS but even now having no different issue, is it the car pc(chip) having difficulties or damaged or is it something simple to get fixed, electrical?Read more on this topic High idle speed?When i start my civic dx(1.3) in the early part of the day, it's reving at around 4000-5000 rpm, however after 2-3 minutes, it goes down to about 800-1000rpm, regardless if the engine is hot or cold. is this normal? the guide says the idle speed ought to be at 800rpm. my car doesnt have a tach however i'm able to surley tell it isn't idling at 800. any thoughts on this?Read more on this topic
