Poor MPG with a 92 Honda Accord?My 1992 Honda Accord was averaging 28-30 MPG six months ago. Immediately it's averaging 23-25. I understood it may be for the reason that the gas companies began putting ethanol into the gasoline. The car has a new K and N air filter, new spark plugs and wires and the tires are filled properly. What other thing could be causing this reduced gas mileage?I've been doing more highway driving lately and I drive very conservatively. NO AC, NO TEREO, NO WIPERS, NO LIGHTS, samething. i called the manufactory. they told me i should've wait a tiny bit more, they told me after the first oil change it would get better. on 3500miles bought it to oil chance and service. i told the guy that my car getting bad milage. they told me i need to leave for extra than a week to check. and they not guaranteed they will discover difficulties. HELPRead more on this topic Honda Fit Bad MPG less than 23MPG?i got a Honda Fit Sport 6 weeks immediately. it's at 1700 miles. i got a large problem here. i read all the forums and so. they all saying about this car will go is 30+MPG. however since i got my auto. first full tank which about 10 gallons just goes for 240 miles. everytime after it i fill it up full and use them nearly empty. everytime i got just around 23MPG. the greatest i got is i drove around 200miles on highway. it gave me 29MPG. and only this week. it got even worst. i fill up the tank full. and immediately it used 3/4 of my tank. I drove 137 since then. so which mean it goes just around 20MPG.. what is wrong. i'm not a crazy driver. i tried to drive it as gental as i'm able to. and i'm not a newbie driver. i'm what i'm doing. however i even now getting the worst MPG. what is wrong?? a number of individuals said it is certain to break it later on. and a number of peole said it is summer. it goes less mpg when u turn ac on. however .. what is wrong?? ought to i bring it back to the dealer. what ought to i ask them to check up?Read more on this topic
