2003 Honda Accords - Oil / Tailpipes?Hi Everybody, I recently purchased a '03 Accord and noticed that the're black residues in my tailpipe - maybe oil?? Yesterday, my car ran out entirely of oil - the oil indicater was blinking. There is not any noticeable leak - I brought it into a service center within 24 hours and they said that not a thing is wrong amongst car and that I just needed my oil change. Is this correct? How can my car go entirely out of oil? The last oil change was 2 months ago...and what's the black residue in the tailpipe?Thank you for the inputs...so my following question is, how can I explain my concerns to the individuals at the service center?? I took my car in a fortnight ago for the reason that I noticed the black oily residues - again they stated that not a thing is wrong amongst auto. I do not desire to argue with them if truly not a thing is wrong my car - however again, I only bought this car - I do not desire it to break down - I think the service center is getting annoyed. Immediately everytime I fill up gas, I need to add a quart. Is there any product that truly works and helps slow oil consumption? After not seeing any oil spot near engine looked at muffler and there were spray marks on the ground. Why? Also My check engine light is on for O2 sensor or Cat Converter.
