how do i know if i have a 1995 or a 1995 1/2 honda passport?I do not know if it is a reg. 1995 or if it is the half yr model or not. also, we do not know if it is the EX or LX version, even the bank didnt know when they gave us the loan to purchase it. the vin# only gives us a honda passport, not a thing else. anybody out there work or build one ?i phoned the honda individuals, they could not tell me if it was a LX or EX , hell they could not tell me what capacity the gasoline tank had! they only took my name and address down for any updates for the truck! also, i understand that the rodeo were an identical thing, lol, i liked both of them and was happy when my darling hubby chose this type of truck, only did not know it was a pain in the azz to work with!~Read more on this topic What is the "winter" switch for on a 95 Honda Passport?Only bought a 95 Honda passport for my teen to drive to school. It runs well and I have not had any major difficulties with it. There's a small oil leak due to what the oil shop said was a corroded seal which he said is common in these cars. Anyways, this past fall, I began noticing a noise when starting the auto. The greatest technique to describe this noice is similar to a metallic rapping or rattling noise. Like I said just when first starting the car in the early part of the day. It then progressed to happening more often mostly when accellerating. It immediately happens at all times. I called the honda dealership and the guy I spoke with suggested getting an oil change which I did immediately at a different shop. This did not assist the dilemma at all. Does anybody have any answers or suggestions. Other than the noise the car seems to be running well. I'm short on cash at the moment. Can I wait for awhile to bring it in or ought to i do so immediately?Read more on this topic
