1998 Honda civic Making Squealing noise by belts and power steering pump.?

My 1998 honda civic makes a loud squealing noise that gets worse the longer the car runs. I've isolated the noise to the front left area of the engine where the belts and the power steering pump is located. Freind of mine had me turn the wheel all the way over and when it hits the stop it makes a even louder high pitched noise, he recomended it has to carry out amongst power steering pump however i even now think it could be one of the belts. It has had this issue since a year ago and has been just geting louder since then. What do you guys think?

I accidentally poured brake fluid into the power steering reservoir?

About 3-4 ounces into the power steering unit of a 2000 Honda Accord about a week ago. So far, no adverse affects. Can I only siphon it out and replace with steering fluid? Ought to I use Honda brand steering fluid or only purchase a number of power steering fluid from a car parts store? Any advise (preferably from a mechanic) would be appreciated.
