I have 2 issues with my 93 Prelude.?I don't know much about cars I bought my Prelude in 95 and has been good. I do have the follwing 2 issues, and I'm uncertain if it's the same problem. 1) I constantly loose presure on the clutch pedal. I refill with Dot 3 brake fluid avery month or so. 2) I'm unable to accelerate like have in previous time. Especially if I'm going uphill. Even when I'm going at a decent speed, if I boost presure on the gas pedal the RPM's shoot up, however I don't accelerate. I need to provide a little presure on the gas pedal, Cannot even press down half way to the floor prior to the RPM's shoot up. I'm uncertain if replacing the clutch is the right solution. However if i cant get assist I'll drive It off a cliff and never look back! LOL ......**Problem#1 : Blinking s3 light when i turn car on... when it is blinking i cant crank car ... after turning it off and on about 10+ times the light {s3} stops blinking.* Boom* I'm able to start the auto!??What is my lude tying to tell me ?? ** Problem#2 : After i drive the car a couple miles.. the fans kick on..{no, thats not the dilemma ,lol} after i get home i'll trun car off and fans are still running.. {still not it } They'll continue to run till they have sucked all the power out the battery!! Any Ideas?????P.S.Question.... what are the RPMs during idle... mine sit at nearly 2000 in idle ... is s Dilemma #3??? Is the type Si equally as good?What do these types stand for? Ought to i get the 1992-96 one or the newer generation one? I kinda like the 1996 one. Both are attractive.
