95 prelude pops out of 5th and into neutral?

I've a 95 Honda Prelude. I recently spent a ton of cash fixing all that was wrong with it. Steering rack, all brakes, power steering pump seals, and more significantly, my clutch. I drove it after being fixed for about 90 miles and then it began popping out of 5th gear and into neutral on me. It was also creating a funny noise in or across the tranny too. It always grinded going into 5th however never popped out until after they replaced my clutch. I called the place back and they said that they do not hear a noise and they drove it on the interstate for a while and it never popped out of gear for them. Is there anyway that my sycroles got worse only from them taking out the tranny? How regarding the throw out bearing? If anybody ahs any ideas I'd l.ove to hear them ASAP as I've an appointment this morning at the place to take it out for a ride with them to see if it pops out of gear again. Thanks kindly.
