radio problem on 03 accord?i recently bought 03 accord ex and the radio isn't working. the display does turn on and the time keeps flashing on the screen. The battery was also recently replaced. could it be that i need a radio code?...when i tried pressing 1 and 6 for code not a thing happens. The car also has pioneer dvd player installed which works only fine. Could this be the reason for the radio to be not working? plz helpany assist would greatly be appreciated. thanksRead more on this topic 2000 Honda Accord EX Audio (Radio & CD) Issue?I only bought a USED 2000 Honda Accord EX V6 4 Door sedan used. I'm unable to recieve ANY FM or AM radio singnals. I search however NOT A THING tunes in. I even tune into local stations that i know have strong signals and the "ST" indicator barely comes on.Any thoughts on why this is? Any info would be greatly apprecited!*You should take note that this programme is the ORIGINAL Honda factory installed FM/AM Single CD Player that came amongst car when it was originally purchased. Additionally, I don't see an antenna on the car itself. I took my civic to a repair shop to have it's fender,front bumper and head-left-light repair. So after three weeks, i went to the shop to pick up my civic. They radio in an employee to drive my civic to the front. They told me they kept all customers cars in a compound so it will take no more that three minutes. After 2 minutes, i hear a loud bass of a music coming from a civic in front of the repair shop. Then i notice that was my civic!!!! I was shock and mad as hell. Have faith in me, i'd a bat in my trunk and i sought to bang him in the head for blasting my own radio.Long story short: A mechanic was driving my civic back to me seizing the upperhand of my sound programme.Immediately my question is there any way to secure my radio/cd/mp3 player of my civic. Son works at Honda dealership and says that it is a bother to install. Too much taking off dashboard, installing antenna, etc. Why all the bother.
