The Honda Ridgeline...good or bad?I am looking to trade in my 2003 Honda Civic LX coupe for the 2007 Honda Ridgeline. Does anybody own a Ridgeline, or know anybody that does -- provide me with any opinions you may have in regards to the truck? Is it a great investment, have you or anybody had any troubles with the truck? I really adore the body style and what it has to present. My Honda Civic has never posed and difficulties engine-wise, or whatnot. I have never had any issues with it **knocks on wood**.Basically trying to discover if it is a great truck? I have already test driven it, and looked into the trade in value of my civic. I would only like a number of consumer reviews of other Ridgeline owners?I've 2 dogs, and shall be getting a horse someday. My bf is getting a truck with towing capabilities, however the dealer said it's able to tow a horse trailer and hay. =) I live an active lifestyle. I adore roadtrips. There is just one difficulty with it though, Honda rates the Ridgeline great for towing up to 5,000 pounds. I've a travel trailer that's 20 ft. long and weighs about 4,950 pounds with everything inside of it including luggage, food, etc. Basically, the total weight is 4,950 lbs. I was wondering if it would be safe to tow this trailer. I asked my dad and he said that it would be a tough bet for the reason that it could be too long and the weight could twist the frame of the truck. He also said if I ruin it, I'm able to't sell it or take it back to the dealership. Does anybody know the TRUE towing capacity? Would I be safe towing my trailer?
