96 honda civic cuts out at low RPM?

I've a 1996 Honda civic. lately it has been acting truly weird. When driving at low RPM and you begin to accelerate the car cuts out and stumbles like it wants to die. as soon as you get to higher RPM it is fine. I only changed the plugs, wires, and cap and rotor and it did not a thing. I do not know what steps to take following? any ideas?

my car is revving itself when its in park jumping between 0 and 3 RPM. what could be the problem?

the car is revviin sometimes up and down and sometimes only at a steady 2 RPM and truly loudly. i dont know what could be wrong. and also when i had the accident, my front tire and rim hit a curb causing the break fluid to leak out and i lost pressure in my break pedal. i tightened the bolt back up so that pressure came when i stepped on the breaks, butas soon as i turn the car on, pressure dissapears, turn it off and it is back again.. does anybody know what these 2 difficulties are and if they're fixable. i drive a 93 honda prelude.

95 prelude ides at 1300 rpm when warm?

I've a 95 Honda Prelude and only had the radiator replaced. Right away just after that, I needed to saw off a hose for the reason that it was leaking at the clamp. It was not idling right after that so I bled the coolant (frequently). Ideally, when I start it cold (even though it's 70 degrees) it ought to idle around 1100, and after warming up, drop down to 700-800rpm's. Cold, it idles between 1500 and 2000. When warm it varies between 1000-1300. About a year ago I needed to replace my Fast Idle Thermal Valve since the idle was surging from 1000-2500 non-stop. It isn't leaking coolant, has been bled with the bleeder valve by the thermostat, and has a fairly new FITV. I know it could possibly be a vacuum leak, however I also read about resetting the idle by unplugged the FITV, adjusting the screw and resetting the ECU. Do you've any other suggestions? Thank you.
