short shifter for an 00 accord?im thinking of geting a brief shifter fo my 2000 accord. i've a stock cultch and fly whell and dont aim to upgrading them would a brief sifter even now be worth it. also im not exsgtly shure what to purchase, i only what sumting to create my shifts a litl smother im not lookin to spend most. thanxps. plase be kind speling isn't my strangthRead more on this topic does anyone know anything about dead short in a 2002 honda civic?my sons civic battery light came on so we put in new alternator. He drove seven miles and light came on again so i tested alternator and it was putting out 20 volts, ruining alternator and battery. i got a new battery and alternator however didnt put alt. in however put battery in and checked static draw. it ought to just have 12-15 milliamps draw however is drawing clear off the scale. i tested continuity between unhooked pos and neg battery cables and have continuity so i've a short somewhere. i've looked everywhere i'm able to think of however cant locate a brief. does someone else know where to look?Read more on this topic Can someone tell me if I should put a short shifter in my stock civic si and what it does to...Our 86 prelude is obviously 21 years of age....however it seems to run good amongst exception of nearly black smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe.
