Slow start-up : what could be wrong?I've been driving 2001 Accord for quite a number of immediately, however lately I have noticed that my auto's pick-up from complete stop has gone down tremendeously. When starting from the entire stop I need to race the car more to go to a speed of 30MPH and my RPM needle keeps bouncing between 2K-3.5K RPM. Also, I've noticed the during start up the engine has to place in more effort to move and makes little bit of noise. So, what could be possibly wrong with my auto? Is it timing belt or transmisson or somefluid level or battery? I am not able to figure it out? Luckily the police found my car and it was still running and they eventually had to shut the car off. When i got there i was told to obtain the car home since they found it. Did all paper work n stuff then i needed to attempt n begin with screwdriver and it didnt desire to start. So following couple days my cousin and i checked the battery, install new ignition switch in and checked all fuses and they're working. The just way we got to create the engine go on was to compression start it, which worked. Was there something i missed or any of u know wat i'm able to do to discover? There have been no serious difficulties to drive except a rainy day. In these days, after a night shower, it was impossible to begin my auto. Electiricity parts are great enough to turn on head light, radio etc. Most likely fuel pump or something is problematic. However a funny thing is that, no more rain and shine then, I'm able to start my car smoothly and drive well. What is going on? Please assist me.Read more on this topic
