my 1991 honda civic 4 speed hatch starts only when it wants to?

in the previous 2 months i've been having trouble starting my auto, since i've replaced the air filter, fuel filter, spark lines and plugs, starter, distributor cap, ignition coil, and rotor, i'm able to hear my fuel pump make a buzz noise which means it is pumping the fuel through the lines, a number of times when i start the car the cap will arc, other times it only will not fire up, the just things left i need to replace it is the main relay and the fuel pump however prior to i do that i would like to know is there another thing that would cause my fuel programme to have low pressure, my difficulty is a mind boggler to all mechanics i've spoken with, any assist would be essential to me (this morning it began, yesterday i could not get it going, no temp is associated amongst problem)

Okay to compression start 2008 honda civic ex?

I only purchased a new Honda civic EX (2008, 5 speed). With my old auto, I consistantly roll-began it down my street (coast to about 20 mph, than pop the clutch in 2nd gear to begin the engine.) Would it be okay to carry out it in my new auto. It has many more electronics and such, and I would like to make certain that a roll/compression start would not damage anything!
