Where is the thermostat that measures the outside temp located on a 2006 Honda Civic?

My thermostat is way off on the outside temp. Today it was above 70 degrees and it was saying it was just 56 outside. I called to see if it was covered under my warrantee and the service guy told me it would be provided that I had not done any damage to that part of the vehicle. I would like to check prior to I take it up there and they charge me $100 to run the test. So does anybody know where on the vehicle the thermostat is located?

I just changed the compressor in a 99 honda 220000 miles.It develops high temp. on traffic.I

need to off A/C.? Compressor was changed due to low pumping in the original.I had done flushing of the radiator-brings the temp. down.Also high heat and oscilating rev needle on dashboard which force me to place off the A/C during traffic jam have reduced after I adjusted the A/C belt to reduce a number of tention.However the rev needle sometimes oscilate when engine worked a while or is kicked after a brief pull-up which stops immediately I raise fire via the tuttle.I suspect heating compressor still,as the drier becomes hot also which makes the A/C termostat cuts off unecessarily.Though the A/C cools.Please assist.COMPLIMENTS OF THE SEASON.

92 Accord EX Temp climbs up into the RED (H) zone WITH ENGINE OFF?

While driving the temp is normal. However after shutting the engine off the temp climbs into the RED (H) zone. I feel this is to hi!!!! I know the temp climbs after shut down however not into the red zone, correct?Fans turn on and off with engine on and off and engine runs fine. A/C is great and car doesn't over heat with A/C on.
