Electrical Issue? 1995 Honda Civic EX 1.6 VTEC?I've the vehicle mentioned in the title with 245,600 miles on it. Mechanically it's still going strong, however it's developed several quirks recently, and I was wondering if they could be effortlessly fixed, and if so, how?First, the fuel gauge occassionally reads full while driving. It generally does not happen when the car is cold, and it seems to happen less frequently when I am low on fuel. Has anybody ever seen this?Secondly, the instrument lights for all of my primary gauges have the tendancy to be unreliable at night, however particularly right after the vehicle has began, and for perhaps 5-7 minutes after that. The lights behind the panel phase between being entirely extinguished, browned out and fully on, with no any change in conditions, i.e. engine rpms, accessory electrical useage, etc. It appears that banging on the dashboard right behind the steering wheel in front of the panel fixes the dilemma for a sec, it's weird for the reason that it fixes itself when the car is warm.
