Car wont start 1/2 the time?have a '99 Integra, only replaced the battery, spark plugs, and oil, it has gas, drive it regularly. Only all the sudden wouldnt start, it turns over however doesnt fire all the way up, I know I need a new o2 sensor however I dont think that would make the car not start up. Another thing I have noticed is that the car will begin up more easier and more frequently when it is warm outside or when the engine has already warmed up.
